The terms of service for the My7s mobile application for Android is a legally binding agreement. Please read this document carefully. By clicking “I Agree and login,” or installing or using the My7s mobile application for Android software and/or any updates related to it and provided by My7s, you Agree to the following terms as an authorized User. If you disagree the terms than you cannot use the app.
You accept that My7s do not have any sort of liability what so ever for anything that may arise from the use of the app.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reasons whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by court, the remaining provision of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any preplace any prior agreement we might have between us regarding the Service
We also reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
We always fix the Application issues but as some of the app features depends on phones hardware, we might not always be able to solve the hardware related issues, or issues related to change of phone or operation system. If you change to different phone your data will be recovered by downloading the app and login.
