My7s Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the 'My7s' mobile applications, available to you through Google Play.

The My7s is a diabetes management and follow up app. The app collects and analyzes diabetes related to health data, entered manually by the patients, also serving as data tracking and communication tool between patients and doctors. It is sole responsibility of the patient to insert true and accurate measurements in the My7s app. The app is not a cure for diabetes, rather a management and communication tool, that serves you to better manage your condition and to ease the communication with you doctor.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal and health data (referred collectively as "Personal Data") when you use My7s app.

Please read this privacy policy carefully and be aware that by accessing and using the My7s app, you agree that you have read this privacy policy and that you accept and consent to the privacy practices described here.

BY SIGNING IN YOU (I) INDICATE THAT YOU INTEND YOUR ACT TO SERVE AS AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE TO THIS LICENSE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS A MANUAL SIGNATURE, (II) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE OVER THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY SUCH THAT YOU HAVE CAPACITY TO AGREE THIS LICENSE, AND (III) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOUR REGISTRATION AND YOUR USE OF THIS APP IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO YOU.

The My7s app collects data that you provide via the application user interface, like full name, email, health related information, blood glucose measurements, weight.

If you provide us feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to send you a reply.

The Application keeps the collected Personal Data in the internal memory of your mobile device and on Azure’s online servers.

The purpose of gathering your Personal Data is to:

Encryption and anonymization

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of your Personal Data and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data. We have put in place a variety of information security measures, and encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your Personal Data at rest and during transport. Each data transfer - without exception and by default - is encrypted during transfer. We use HTTPS (hypertext transfer protocol secure) to protect your data from interception by unauthorized third parties. Of course this depends on the type, scope, and purpose of the relevant data processing and takes into account the latest technology. For example, a processor does not receive any User Data that is not required for their tasks. After ending the contractual relationship with the relevant processor, the processor must - at the discretion of My7s - either return all of our User’s Data or delete it if there are no statutory storage obligations.

We use the Personal Data we collect from you via technology to help us understand and analyze users of the My7s, including generating aggregate statistics about the Application use. This information can then be used to tailor the Application’s content and deliver a better experience for our users. We may also collect, aggregate and maintain anonymous information about the visitors to our Application. We may further share such aggregate, non-identifiable information with business partners, sponsors and other third parties.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 years old (note that the minimum age may vary based on country/region, and on local law). If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data without parental consent, please contact us at information listed under the Contact Information section below, we will take steps to remove the Personal Data and cancel the child's account.

Changes to our privacy policy

The Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. When it is changed, modified, and/or amended, the revised Privacy Policy will be immediately available on our Application and there will be a relevant notification.

You have the right to refuse and reject such amendment, which means the termination of your account for My7s app.
